Take time to feed your spirit! Practice gratitude. Spend time with nature. Hold onto your sense of hope.
Take time to care for your physical health, as it is closely tied to your mental and emotional wellness! Listen to what your body needs with confidence and focus! Healthy eating, exercise, and rest. Laughter is also a valuable tool!
Take time to acknowledge and care for your feelings. Add emotional self-care into your daily routine. I encourage you to use patience and understanding, and to practice kindness toward yourself and others.
Take time to care for your mind. Set your intentions for the day, including a realistic attainable goal. Limit news intake, keep a journal, practice mindfulness, and expressing gratitude. Nourish your mind.
Get your creativity flowing!
Use your natural curiosity and connect with others, even if from a distance. Phone, text, and video-chat. Wave and smile. Make eye contact. We are all in this together!
Care for yourself with love and compassion!
Connect with humanity! Call someone, text a friend, wave at the neighbors. Check in on others. Know that a time will come when we can again laugh in person and hug our friends. Today we get creative!Text Layer
