Ouray Celebrates the Arts
[Ouray CO] The Wright Opera House has a history of over 100 years entertaining the public. Today’s beautifully restored venue offers live music on Tuesdays, movies on Wednesday nights, virtual radio shows, educational lectures, art shows, and ongoing activities in the tavern and upstairs in the seated auditorium. Montrose – Oct 16
Endlessly creative and innovative, one of Cheri Isgreen’s latest endeavors is something she calls Beyond Raku. The process involves creating and firing raku tiles in her outdoor studio in Montrose, Colorado. Then she finishes them with a variety of pigments, other materials, and found objects. Watch this video to see how she does it.
