It’s refreshingly cool, and it’s comfortably uncrowded since the Silverton train isn’t scheduled to steam into town before mid-August. Create your own nostalgic “Alley Art” inspired by Tiffany, Etc. and Coal Creek Trading – 7,781 S.F. of art, antiques, and collectibles – things you might discover along rural town alleys or at estate sales. Lots of creative inspiration. Art materials provided, or bring your own. Finished artworks could be submitted for sale at Montrose Art Center November show: “If Alleys Could Talk.” Complimentary wines from Quotori. (21 and over) Hosted at Tiffany Etc.by Glee Westcott and Kate Burke. Masks and social distancing. Advance ticket required. Class limit 20. Cost $38/pp. $28 if you bring your own art materials.

Registration and tickets. Or, stop in Tiffany Etc. and sign up in the store, so you can take a look around at all the wonderful things you might want to paint, draw, or use to create a clever collage.
